Alright, well I have major depression. and i will have the most best day ever, but the second i get alone..i burst out crying for no reason and i get in the worst moood. i alwasy feel worthless and nothing anybody says every cheers me up. in the past i have not handled my depression very well. so i really need help withhow to handle this so i dont end updoing something REALLY bad.. please help. i hate feeling like im invisble all the time

Hello, your not alone, and many people feel like you do. I had been depressed in my past. The worst feeling is, you feel there is no way out at times. Please, don't think you have to take drastic measures for an answer. The real answer, is to find out what you are crying about. You said you do this when the second your alone. Ask yourself, why? Really why, be very honest with yourself. That's the hardest part, because we avoid things that make us feel our worst ever.
Can you deal with school, or lost relationship? Maybe you are just at a point in your life where you need to reinvent yourself. Maybe a new look, hair/make-over, or a new place to go, like a movie, or yoga, or anything you can do for self improvement. You can be happy alone. Learn to love your own company. Learn to love your alone time. Is there something you can do at home, to have fun? Think about all of the things you can do for you.
If you take medication. This can, believe it or not, make you feel worse. If this is so, tell you Dr. now.
Your worth it! You will be happy again.
I hope this helps you some how in some way.
Prayer helps a lot too. Try it, it works for me.

if u need to talk more e-mail me i feel so bad=( maybe u shold get a pet thell always love u rember ur not invisible or worthless at all ur a good person and dont feel bad---email me like i said if u wanna talk good luck

Listen to some joyful music,soul music i prefer,but whatever music that you enjoy, try listening to it,because at my times of depression music was the tool that helped me through it.try this site, cdbaby.com. or go to church and get your spirit lifted high.

Get on a mild medication. It will make a world of difference for you.
