You should:
1) lay on your back...hands under your bum or on the side
2) put your legs straight
3) raise them together about half way
4) hold for 2sec
5) bring them down slowly( to make it hard dont touch the floor until after a set)
Do a little at first like 3 sets of 10 a day...if you are really can not do it.
For more:
1) lay on the floor.
2) rest your legs on the bed( like you are sitting on the side)
3) do 3 sets of 10 mini crunches( that will get rid of pouch)
you can alternate both ex.

OMG, I'm really skinny too, I swear and I have a big stomach too. But what you should do is sit ups, lots en lots of sit ups. But you must build up every day. Like me, week one (or you can do day 1) I did 5 sit ups, and I added 2 more every week. Because if you just do 20times the first time, you are sure to be in TERRIBLE pain or injure your self.
Any other stomach excersises or programs like Pilates, Aerobics (I do this, excellent for tonning your whole body), um...um but just don't over do it. But I first recommend sit ups, then try other things

do crunches and situps mostly crunches. Whe you start to feel a burning pain when you do them you will know that your workin on gettin some good lookin abbs that will attract the ladies

try doing sit ups and other ab excersizes thell make it flatter=) good luck
