Fill out the FAFSA and guess your parents income. If you find out the correct information later you can change it online.
There is no penalty for this, only if you lie on purpose. After you've filled out FAFSA tell your parents what you did, they will be more inclined to help you fix it once your already in the situation. I have personal experience with this.
You can get private loans from banks or Sallie Mae. They usually require cosigners.
You can apply for scholarships:

You can also get emancipated. This will have FAFSA consider you as an independent. It will open up more financial aid for you.

You can do the fafsa. There is a place for students who are emancipated or have no relationship with their parents. Check with the financial aid office at your school and/or go over the form yourself. A lot of students don't have parents to help.

i think of you are able to declare your self legally emancipated (there's a legal technique in touch), meaning which you're legally and financially separated out of your mothers and dads. then you certainly must be waiting to word to faculties as an self reliant grownup.

Don't forget to check all of the scholarships available. The college may have some and so might your town. Even if it's small, it's worth it,

ask your parents why they won't do one. If they can't afford college, then you wait until you are 24 to go and provide everything for yourself that way you can be an "independent" student.
