i have dandruff but i also want my hair to grow long! what shampoos and condiotionars are best for me?

when i had dandruff the only thing i found that works is aussie 3 minute miracle (the ORIGINAL one).. i also love aussie "moist" shampoo. but the 3 min miracle works great, just put it all over ur hair including rubbing it into your scalp (this will get rid of the dandrff), leave it in for 1- 3 min (no longer) then rinse.. Your hair will be really soft and dandruff free!! I love it :)

Head & Shoulders, hun.
Yes, it's a dandruff shampoo, but believe it or not, it's better than some regular shampoos out there. It kills your dandruff after a few washes, and it leaves your hair silky smooth.
Give it a shot.
Once the dandruff starts to subside, just use the H&S once a week to make sure it doesn't start to come back.

I Have Dandruff Too. I Use Selson Blue!!! Or You Can Try Head And Shoulders! Theirs Also THe Cheap Kind Suave! Find All Of These At Walmart Or Any Market!

Use Neutorgena T-Gel Shampoo ( get the max. strength one) & also the T-Gel Conditioner. They will both work really well to get rid of your dandruff & the conditioner will help so that your hair won't feel like straw. ( I used both of these when I had this problem)
With your scalp & hair follicals free of the dandruff clogging them, it will help the oxygen get to your hair shafts & grow better. Using the conditioner will help so that your hair won't break as easily , hence being more likely to grow longer.
After you get rid of the dandruff, cut back on using them. Try using them once a week after that & see if you still get dandruff, if so, use it more often, if not, stay with the once a week "treatment" so to speak to keep it at bay.
