What I would think is any station casino or the fiesta but if your looking at the strip is the Belligio,Mirage, and the MGM Grand would be the best places to go and get rewards.

Try some off strip places. They usually have the looser slots. The comps are about the same on the strip, it seems to me. Now they want you to use a machine to check your comps. Vegas is changing, the cheap food is disappearing, and now they charge for the trams. It is getting a different flavor now.
