No. This is probably the most common myth of shaving that many men have. It is not true that shaving makes the shaved hair grow back any faster, thicker, darker or more profusely.
I would believe it did according to what I see on myself but the experts say NO...

Yes, it is. I used to shave legs and it always grew back thicker and stiffer. So now I use depilatory creams such as Nair or Veet.
