under the sentence recommendation you recognized the suspect and you know they live in the area and you wanted them to be relocated in another area what would you write in your sentence recommendation?

the person has been arrested but i know the person lives near my home so knowing that robbery doesnt give you life in prison they will be coming out if they are convicted so i want to put in my statement that they be relocated basically what i'm trying to ask is what can i request is there a certain word to use for them to live so many miles or yards away from the victims home?

You are right to have these fears. You cannot forcibly have the person relocated but you could get an order of protection (OOP). If it was robbery then it should be felony and a little while before they will be out but that depends on past record etc. Expressing your fears to the court will have an effect on the judges decision to lock up the offender or go with parole. The legal system can be surprisingly subjective at times. Also, tell the city attorney before you go in. He can say it in court on behalf of "the people" and then there will be less motivation on the robbers part to want revenge against you.
