Baka, aho, manuke and anpontan are some terms you can use.

One has not heard or seen 'baka hito' in usage. 'Baka na hito', yes, but it doesn't quite carry that insulting zing.

baka means stupid. You want bakaya to call someone an idiot.

Sorry but no one would say baka hito.

"baka" means stupid, so you could say "baka hito" for stupid person.

ignore the "watashiwa san" comment - it means "Mr. I"
