dont worry about loosing weight u r prob fine the way u r...but if ur gonna obsess over it then eat healthy (no junk food or fast food) n exercise regularly...it will take time nothing happens over night ...good luck

If you are 5'1" and weigh 114 lbs, you are not fat! If someone calls you fat, they are either joking or being mean. You are 14 and you are still growing and your body is changing. I know this is going to sound hard (but it isn't): DON'T WORRY ABOUT HOW YOU LOOK SO MUCH, AND DON'T WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK OF YOU!
Now, it is really great that you are conscious and concerned about your weight beacuse lots of people in this country are too fat!
The best way to loose weight and stay in shape is to watch what you eat and excercise:
Don't eat fatty greasy foods. Don't eat lots of carbohydrates unless you are doing athletic activites (then you NEED those carbs and calories!). Eat vegetables and fruits and stay away from soda pop and candy.
Excercise doens't mean go work out every day. When you wake up in the morning, take a few minutes to stretch. Walk places, and walk briskly. Walk places just to go for a walk. Jog and run sometimes, too. Do things that make your heart work some and burn calories. That will help you loose those few pounds that might help you feel better about yourself.

Honey you are not fat and who ever told you that should be hit. I'm barely 5ft and weigh right at 119lbs, this is the healthiest I've been but I am no where fat. I put my butt into a size1/2 jean and wear medium shirts. I'm 22 and joined a Gym in January, I tone up but am not there to lose weight. Go to www.myspace.com/jaberwalkie, you will be pictures of me and you decide if you think I am "fat". Sometimes being young you judge the "prettier girls, skinny girls" to what you look like and you shouldn't. My body didn't start changing until I was 15 and that's when boyd started noticing me, I lost baby fat that normally I didn't like but I in no shape or form thought I was fat. If you feel you need to lose a little take up a after school sport like soccer, volleyball, or even weight lifting if you school offers it. It will help you to tone your body where you can tighten you calves and leg muscles and trim off any excess. Jogging helps a lot too and cutting out fried and greasy foods and eating more salad can help too. Just don't make the stupid mistake of binging and purging or becoming balemic; all it does is kill your insided and hurt you in the long run.

I can already tell you're one of those girls that always looks extremely cute and when people compliment you you always say you're so ugly or that they're lying. you're NOT FAT! you have nothing to worry about. so SHUT UP about it. your'e fine, your'e a kid and no one that's worth being a friend should look at you and think about your weight. just live your life and forget about what the scale reads.
