I personally haven't...but I know someone that has...a Golem actually which, by definition is an Egregore, albeit one from Jewish tradition, but then he is a Rabbi and a Kabbalist so...

I know them to exist and have had many experiences with them - not all of which have been pleasant. Have I created any? I guess at some points in my life, yes. And left them, sooner or later.
