To me there's just one way, which includes having a calorie controlled diet low in fat and sugars combined with a lot of cardio-excercise, ie running or aerobics.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Quickest way? Laxatives. Quickest, healthier and long lasting one? Change bad habits. Stop eating soda, avoid massive amounts of hidden fats in foods, ie, junk food, drink plenty of water (2 liters p/day), and excercise your abdominal muscles. Little, by little, you'll see the difference and it'll last for as long as you want it.

It's not quick, but Pilates is excellent for abs because it focuses on building strength in the underlying core muscles, which pull it all in. In effect, it turns nearly every exercise into an ab workout.

Another benefit is improvement in posture. And standing up straight makes the belly look slimmer anyway.

Hey you should:
1) lay on your back...hands under your bum or on the side
2) put your legs straight
3) raise them together about half way
4) hold for 2sec
5) bring them down slowly( to make it hard dont touch the floor until after a set)

Do a little at first like 3 sets of 10 a day...if you are really can not do it.

For more:
1) lay on the floor.
2) rest your legs on the bed( like you are sitting on the side)
3) do 3 sets of 10 mini crunches( that will get rid of pouch)

you can alternate both ex.
email to let me know if you like it.
