how do i get my spirit back when i fell its gone?

Why is your spirit gone. That is where you need to start, then act like you have it back until you get it back like. Sorta like the old saying fake it till you make it. Your spirit probably isn't gone just taking a break. You know deep down that it is there somewhere and whatever it was to make you feel as if you lost it needs to be dealt with head on and make it better fast. Good luck

your spirit is still there it just got shaken up when you fell..it never leaves us 'it's with us always as we need it for strength..sometimes i too feel like my spirit has gone also' but then' the next day' I'm back'to my ole self spirt right there with me as always,,,,,
