why did my boyfriend not tell me when this happened, details below?

my boyfriend and i had intercourse, he wore a condom, and the condom dissapeared...why didn't he say anything? why did i have to be the one to find out myself that it came off inside of my down there? why didn't he say "i think it fell off inside of you"

because he was too small for the condom. poor guy must feel horrible that he needs a smaller size

Because apparently he is immature. You should confront him about this and ask him why he didn't tell you. Furthermore, tell him he needs to buy the right size...
