how to get tissue off your tooth?

i am getting seperators on my teeth soon and my dentist said that one tooth is covered with tissue and that if i can scrub it off she wont need to cut into it
ive tryed scrubing it with a toothbrush but i only uncovered a tiny bit
can someone give me some advice on how to do this fast

DONT STRESS LEAVE IT, THE TISSUE WILL NOT GO AWAY. IT WILL TAKE A VERY LONG TIME. SHE WILL JUST NEED TO GO ABOUT IT ANOTHER WAY
