A good indicator is your BMI or Body Mass Index. By working this out and checking it against a BMI chart you can check which weight category you fall into -
You can calculate your Body Mass Index using the formula

weight (in kilograms)
divided by
height (in metres) squared

But you can do it the easy way and use a bmi calculator: :P

if you are 5'7 and weigh 11 stone, your bmi is 24.16 which you will be pleased to know puts you in the healthy weight range (search for a bmi chart for more info)

Basically, you're fine, don't worry :D As well as that, at 16 it's very hard to know how things will pan out, you're still growing.

I have no idea how much either of those measurements are... the figures don't really matter... your only 16 your still growing!! just eat healthy and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. you shouldn't worry bout stuff like that unless you really think its a problem, then see a dietitian or a professional to see what to do about it :)
