That depends on how many calories you are taking in each day.
A healthy weight loss is just 1-2 pounds per week.

I'm 5'7" and 160 lbs. I loose b/t 2-3 lbs a week....some thing up to 5 if I work hard and watch what I eat.

Eating:
Breakfast - cup of fruit or breakfast shake
Drink water throughout the day
Lunch - Lean pocket with diet soda
Dinner - pretty much anything I want just I watch the portions

Workouts
I usually workout out from 4-6 days a week. Sometimes I'll only do 30 minutes of cardio. Although I try to do 45-60 minutes of cardio if possible. I also have 3 lb weights at work and use them daily.

I lost 10 lbs last month.
So far I've lost a total of 30 lbs since Sept 06

This is really a math problem, but I think I can give you some guidance. I'm guessing that your distance will be about 4 miles...that's a good clip!

Keep in mind that one pound of fat equals 3,500 calories.

So let's say your daily calorie intake (food and beverages) is 3,000.

The human body is essentially a heat machine. If you did nothing but sit in a chair, you would lose about 500 calories a day.

Your net gain each day would be (3000-500) or 2500.

Moderate running and power walking could consume about 6,000 calories per day.

Subtracting 2500 from 6000 would be 3,500 calories...or more specifically you would lose one pound of weight each day!

In 30 days you would lose 30 pounds, and your weight would be 130 pounds.

Are you smiling yet?

It doesn't really work that way because with that type of exercise....your body will crave more calories each day.

My best guess is that with normal eating and a not too rigorous exercise program for 30 days...you can lose about 10 pounds. That's good!

My daughter is a runner. She runs over 150 miles per week. She eats about 20,000 calories each day....and does not gain or lose any weight!

not a single pound unless you lower your caloric intake.

That's the "God's honest truth."

Just watch what you eat and you should be able to safely lose 1 pound per week. Eliminate soda from your diet completely. Drink only water and you might lose 2 lbs a week.

If you eat 1500 calories per day, you will lose 8-12 pounds.
4-6 if you eat 2000 calories per day.

This is a great website that can track how many calories burned per day, during exercise, etc. and will tell how many calories are in various foods.

It depends how much you eat, what you eat, what your metabolism is and what it becomes after working out, how much muscle you already have, how much you gain etc. So many variables. Obviously you want to aim for about 1-2 a week though.

Muscle is heavier than fat, however muscle is healthier than fat. Keep up the good work and be careful jogging at night.

Drink lots of liquid to combine an effective exercise plan.
(Don't drink liquids too much during your hour of jogging)

Don't be afraid to develop muscle it is a great source of self confidence and coordination !

depends on how many calories you eat & drink every day. for instance, to lose 1 lb in a week, you need to create a deficit of 3,500 calories a week (both between your exercise and food intake - burn more than you take in)

running every night is good, but you should know running too much builds muscules, if u want to loose weight or slim down your thigh's this will be difficult as ur muscule will be buildin up which u don't want, muscules are heaveir than fat and if u wan to loose the muscules it will be a great deal to do to get rid of them.

It depends on your diet and your metabolism. I would say 10-15 if you keep a decent diet
