Your question is perfectly complete if you just leave off the "If there's no God" part.
In any case I propose that the meaning of life is what you do to improve it for everyone.
Your question as it stands implies that if someone cannot come up with a meaning for life then there must be a god. This is of course completely absurd, so kindly phrase your questions more carefully in the future.

I believe that there are two aspects of life. The first one ,which many are considering, is physical; while I believe the other is spiritual. And I believe the physical is an experience, while the spiritual life (the core of are being) is the priority.

It's meaning is that same as if there is a God. Which is NOT to worship God and fluff through this life in hopes of another.

Outside of God, you are a short-lived, bit of sentient dirt who exists briefly in a dying universe... Oh, and maggot food, don't forget maggot food...!
Or as Scott Adams of Dilbert said... "Don't thing of yourself as an organic pain collector racing towards oblivion"
And Nietsche is right, the strong will impose their will on the weak, as right and wrong is primarily determined by weapons stockpiles...

If there is no God, than the meaning of life is that there is none. If there is no Creator, ie God, then there is no creation, therefore meaning that there is no life and no meaning of life. There is absolutely no meaning of life without the sustainer and Creator of the universe, God, and there is no life, phyiscal as well as spiritual, without Him.
