I am a bit concerned here .. because looking at your Questions .. it seems that you are not serious about this VERY DEADLY Subject ... one that has resulted in many women and children being lost ... LOST to the PERMANENCY of DEATH .....


Here is what you do ....

When you are out of the room, go to the door, open it, and head directly to the nearest Abuse Shelter or Police Station ... walk there and SHOW them the bruises to either you/your child.

The Abuse Shelter (also called Women's Services in some places), can then help you and your child find a safe house ... and remember .. that is just that -- a safe place to stay while you work on re-establishing independence from your abuser. That means that you do not tell where you are at or let this creep learn the location or phone number

While there, they will help you file the Restraining Orders/Protective Orders, help you with getting Child Support Enforcement Services, and also put you in touch with various employment services/transition services too.

This can also include medical services for you/your child as well.


The other thing you need to do is to NOTE every day/time that he abuses you or your child, when you called the police, did the police come (or not), and what was the disposition of the case.

REMEMBER ... you CAN say "NO" to your abuser and MEAN IT ... which is to say YOU can walk out, tell him NO MORE and at that point, you can HAVE your LIFE back ....

Simple this is what you need to start doing. write down the date and time when you call the cops. take pic of when he beats you. take this to the DA's office and if you get know where with them take all this stuff and get a public defender and get a restraining order document everything. if they say you never called they have to prove it with the phone records. plus in every major city and some some cities there are women shelters and they have a lot better info than you can get here most of the time. In va where I was stationed I did comunitee work for one and i tell you what they know there stuff. I was glad to help them anyway I could.

There is probably a social service for abused women in your area. You already called the cops so there is a record of this. Leave now. Take the baby and leave. Do it right away. There isn't a need for discussion or reasoning or anything. Just do it. You know it.

I feel so bad for you. You need to leave him before he seriously hurts you. He obviously doesnt care to much of you, he made you miscarry? You are worth so much more, and deserve so much better. Keep track of every time you call the police, and records of the abuse. But, my ultimate advice to you is to get a restraining order, and stay as far away from him as possible. He's not worth the drama.
