It's not special holidays but it's a summer festival for Thai Sports competion at Sanam Luang infront of the Grand Palace on Sunday. It's been starting for few weeks and end in april. The sports are, Kite fighting (Chula, a star shape, human size kite vs. Pakpa, a smaller diamond shape with tail kite), Thai Chess, Takraw Rod Buang (into a floating hoop), Takraw Kham Takhai (over the net), etc. I can't remember how many of them. I enjoyed watching kite fighting last sunday for about an hour, it's fun and exciting (you have to run to avoid injury if they're landing close to you)

Not really a holiday and it's called the Thai Kite Festival.
Here's the official website.
