give that person a pr-paid calling card....that's the safest way to do it!!

Accepting a phone call from an inmate is not a good idea. If you have to have contact with a person like that, write them a letter or go visit them. Credit cards suck the life out of a person. That's a bad idea.

It depends on what state you are in I think. I have a number here that will allow you to use a credit card to pre-pay for prison calls.
1-800-844-6591. I am in Illinois but if this doesn't work in your area, they may be able to help you find one that is.
