i calorie count and have lost 2 stone in 2 months so far.
i eat porridge, cereal bars, ryvita minis and if i do eat veg its normally sweet potato or parsnip. all lots of carbs. Anything is fine as long as you make sure you weigh it and stick to your daily cals.
I also drink lots of coffee, which is supposed to raise metabolism.
Important thing is to not deprive yourself of anything. If i want chocolate i have a milkyway, and eat it slowly. just pic the ones with the fewest calories. and remember to count them.
Good luck

Metabolism can be altered by the time you eat not what you eat.
Try eating small portions, on a regular basis. But don't start eating more than you were before as this will counter any positive effect.
Don't eat after 7ish, Don't eat too many carbs although complex carbs such as porridge are really good at filling you up.
Stay well clear of trans fats - margarine etc.
The best way of upping metabolism is exercise. If you excercise on a regular basis not only do you burn off calories during the excessive but when you rest and sleep as well.
Smoking also raises metabolism but then again......

sure, i imagine that what you're offering may artwork basically superb, I lost my weight doing that earlier, going for a jog 3 or 4 circumstances per week (i'd recommend walking is more beneficial useful than walking) and bypass for a minimum of 20 / 25 minutes every time. truthfully quit eating once you're finished and attempt to devour healthily, yet sure, that's superb to have the effortless chocolate bar, from my personal journey at the same time as i tried to shrink chocolate out I basically got here across myself binging on it so basically reducing it down is a much more beneficial useful answer. i imagine the fairway tea is superb. sounds like in case you're taking care of to adhere to it you'll truthfully lose the burden and that's a a lot fit way than attempting any style of fad foodstuff routine. sturdy success, i'm particular you'll take care of it :o)

If you're anything like me and you're in that "I need to do something about this" mindset try Lighterlife. It's a weighloss program that gaurentees 3-4 stone weight loss in 3 months.I have been on the program for 3 weeks and lost 1.5 stone already. It really does work, I was so cynical at first but it's just dropping off!
Good luck :)

Make veg stew, chicken stews with veg and eat as much fresh fruit and veg as possible. A good guide is the POINT SYSTEM which Weight Watchers have introduced. Maybe you can find time to join. Delicious food and plenty of variety. Give it a try. Good Luck.

The Atkins Diet is a quick (though not neccisarily the best and healthiest) way of losing weight. It's based on a no carbs (carbohydrate) diet, i.e. lots of meat, though some veg should be eaten. It allows you to eat frys, steaks, chops, etc. only with no carb-filled sauces (although, mayonaise is allowed)
You can buy cook books to maintain a varied "fat-filled" diet, so as not to become disinterested too, though it's not recommended to stay on this on a long-term basis.
Intitially, people have been known to lose 7-14lbs in the first week and so on, once you are strict with yourself

Fruit will help.
If you build up your muscle through strength training your metabolism will increase and you will burn loads more calories (even when you aren't exercising)
