Hey man, sinatra's great, for sure.

When someone says that they get a kick out of you they mean that they are entertained by you, or excited by you.

Here are some examples

I get a kick out of children, because they make me happy.

I get a kick out of life because it's good to be alive and free.

I get a kick out of my buddy because he is a funny guy.

I get a kick out of playing video games.

Basically it means that you enjoy something, and it makes you feel good. It is usaually used to describe something funny or fun, rather than something serious.

On a completely "different note" (that means a different subjet of conversation) I think you should listen to an album called "Dark Side of the Moon" by a band called "Pink Floyd" it is the best selling english language album of all time, and I bet you'll enjoy it.

BYE... :)

Do you know the use of "get a kick" for getting the high feeling when you get drunk? Well, it's an idiom in English.

To get a kick out of anything is to say that you really enjoy the feeling that you've got!

Cheers!
