No i don't think Blair's successor will be so supportive alot of it is his personal believes not the British governments/peoples.

And I don't believe its true that Britain needs the US's help you have made more problems in the world than you have fixed.. Britain still wields a lot of power not necessary trough military strength trough the fact that many nations are still friendly towards Britain and the commonwealth.

anyway the way we are going soon china will be the superpower.

The trouble with the USA is that that they want to teach democracy the American way and those who oppose it get punish. Basically there is no difference between the Nazi and the Third Reight with the concentration camps and Guantanamo Bay and the Americans.
