Well if you're not big on the exercising part, and like to have fun while toning up, I can reccomend dancing. Do about an hour a day and pretty soon you'll see your legs tone up :O) That's what I do, and trust me it works ;O)

Excellent exercises for the legs are squats and lunges. Try googling them. Tons of pictures everywhere and millions of variations.

Wall sits and running up stairs help alot. If you're near a gym, leg presses work well too.

If you have comcast they have really good excerses on demand, they take like ten mintues but you wont beable to do more then 5 if you have not exercised before, after a while it starts to feel great and then you can go longer

Do lunges it burns so bad but ur legs will look shapely and sporty it works extra good 4 your thighs.
