How many calories in a salad with croutons, pickles, corn and ranch?
I found out there is 70 calories from fat in KRAFT Ranch Dressing... I have tried to find out for a plain salad or with croutons... But no luck.
It's for my article in Journism...

I'm kind of @ a loss because I am unable to LEAVE SCHOOL and go the store and look @ the bag at the moment... I kind of need it A.S.A.P. to put into my article! If you could help me out that would be great! Thanx again!

Salads made with just veggies should be low in calories. When you start adding croutons and dressing (including low fat dressing), that's when the calories start to add up. My guess is about 200 calories (with croutons and low fat dressing). Oil and vinegar is better us use to keep the calories down.

Go to a health food store such as fresh fields or giant or safeway and look for a calorie free, fat free salad dressing
