Technically, yes, but it is not recommended unless you are very skilled at repressurizing the keg. Otherwise, you're going to end up with a keg of flat beer about 4 hours later. There also can be a chance of getting a beer "shower" all over your guests if you don't do it right.

Get some clear pitchers, add a couple of drops of food coloring in them and then add beer. Use those for people who want green beer.

I agree with the last answer to put the food coloring in the pitcher. A word of caution: As someone who has bartended the last seven St. Patty's Days: Green food coloring turns your hands, mouth, lips, teeth, shirt, pants...etc. green for AWHILE. This is fun for about 3 mins then you are just walking around with green hands for a day or so after the party.
