how do i get my hair and fringe like this pic of hilary duff!! need tips pleez :)?

my hair is really similar to this picture but i cant get the bounce of curve that goes in her hair i reli like her fringe in this pic it luks easy but my fringe is so flat its boring!! ne ideas the pic is this http://www.beautyriot.com/article.php?id=3318&c_id=54

Put a little mousse in them, and use a bigger round brush and blow them out with a little curve in them, then fan them out with your fingers, and put a little spray in them. Viola!

It's also good for drying all of your hair.. when using it put it under the section you want not to be flat and with the dryer above your hair pull brush away from your face. Repeat till dried. But i also straighten my bangs too but if you have thin hair you might not need it.
