Put a little mousse in them, and use a bigger round brush and blow them out with a little curve in them, then fan them out with your fingers, and put a little spray in them. Viola!

when your drying your hair use a big round brush..my hair stylist recommended to me--Technique ionic static free antimicrobial 390 technique. It's also good for drying all of your hair.. when using it put it under the section you want not to be flat and with the dryer above your hair pull brush away from your face. Repeat till dried. But i also straighten my bangs too but if you have thin hair you might not need it.
