Sure, I don't see why not. It just may not have as many people in on the debate if it's not about a topic that most people relate to. But if you come here at what is about 4am my time (New York time), there are people of different religions here, such as Hindus and Muslims. I mean, they are here in small numbers at other times too, but it seems there are a lot more at that time. So I could envision a debate between Muslims on some Islamic issue, or something like that.

Atheist and Theist debates are the most frequent in Yahoo! Answers however I have seen debates regarding many other religions such as Pagan, Wiccan, Muslim, Jewish, Mormon, etc. These topics seem to be discussed just as avidly as the Atheist vs. Theist/Christian debates.

I've seen Atheist vs. Agnostic debates, things like that just don't last long because a feeling of defense is formed between them as they fight against Christians and vice versa.

I hope so. It gets old after a while. Also, it tends to come out as Christians vs. Atheists, and there are plenty of beliefs that are neither.

There's always potential in today's world for more things to come about that we could debate.

There are far too many Christians. Non-Christian questions are quickly bogged down with cut-and-paste scripture.
