he enters the clearing a lion jumps out and rips him to bits and then saunters off quite smug...this happens all week and the hyena is fed up...he is telling his friend the monkey...the monkey says i'll come with you tonight and both off us will give the lion something to think about...so that night the hyena and the monkey head down to the watering hole same thing the lion jumps out and starts battering the hyena...the monkey shot up the tree till the lion finished leaving the hyena bruised and bleeding....when he came down the tree the hyena said some mate you I thought you were going to help me fight the lion....the monkey says you were laughing that much I thought you were winning....lol!!
