That's Pluto's fault, since he never liked to hang out with the other planets in the "plane of the planets", in the first place. Apparently he prefers to hang out with the Kuipper Belt objects instead.

cute joe...my grandson was so devastated that they said Pluto was not a planet that he had to call me and cry...he is only six and wants to be an astronaut and build a space station on mars, lol...luce
