My bf and I have been 2gether for 1 and a half years. We love one another dearly, but sometimes I feel that he doesnt appreciate me. I like to have fun w/ my friends, but he gets mad when I dont talk to him. He thinks that Im always doing something wrong, and Im not. I feel emotionally drained sometimes and I know that's not healthy. I'm trying to help him get back into college and he's being so negative about that Im just giving up. I cant be with someone who doesnt appreciate the things that I do. I know he does more for me than my parents at times, but I try to help him out and he throws it in my face. Please Help Me! I Need Good Advice!!

you need to let him know how you feel so you guys can work things out...stop trying to get him into college I did that before and it was the worst mistake ever because I lost him...He will think that you consider him inferior to you if you keep doing that. If after talking to him you don't see any changes dump his a**, you can always do better...good luck

Look it is time for you to move on. What you have done is gotten yourself in a bad relationship. Red flags are waving at you telling you this is a bad relationship. Look you do not deserve to live like this and I think you deserve better. Walk away from this guy and do not even look back, and you do not and I mean do not shed one little tear over this guy. When you walk away do not even waste the time or energy to look back. You will be fine and you will find someone who really wants out of life the same thing you do.

I found this site today....I thought it was pretty cool and I have a hard time with my relationship. I read it and it helps.
Open your mind an d look from his side too.
What can you do to help him with his fears?
As for the school thing - drop it. That has to be his desire not yours.
Read some of my questions I have asked in the past few days. I have received some good answers.

Talk to him about it! If he doesn't change, then it is time to let him go and enjoy your life. You don't need someone bringing you down. Life is too short!
