Goulash. There's a variety of ways to make it, but here's mine.

INGREDIENTS
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
1 pound ground chuck
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (6 ounce) can of tomato paste
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 onion, chopped
(seasonings optional)

DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes; drain.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef & onion; drain.

Combine beef, noodles, tomato sauce, tomatoe paste and corn.

** You can basically add anything to goulash, i.e.: potatoes, kidney beans, green beans, spaghetti sauce (instead of tomatoe sauce), chile peppers, celery, green peppers, red peppers, stewed tomatoes, cheese, olives, and the list goes on. But I think you get the idea!! You can also use elbow noodles instead of egg noodles.

Be creative and listen to your taste buds!!

Try SOS – sh*t on a shingle

Hamburger, milk and flower mixed and heated. Served on toast with jelly on top with a hard boiled egg sliced up. If you can't get past the looks of it, it's excellent. Who would ever think hamburger and jelly go together?
