Dillon C apparently still runs Windows 98.
And that was a terrible joke. I'll go out on a limb and say that over 75% of the time, Windows doesn't crash, users crash Windows.
ID-10-T errors, PEBKAC glitches, and operator malfunctions account for most of these problems. :)
