I get creeped out sometimes too, but I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that it's a ghost or spirit. Sometimes you just start thinking and it might scare you.

Yes every night when I get up to pee, for some reason I have to look back behind me in the hallway. I don't know if its because I fear ghosts or a bad person being there. I think I fear mostly someone shooting or stabbing me from behind. Every night I fear this. I do think spirits and ghosts exist but have never seen them (I don't think they are bodies anyway, just shadows, orbs) I am scared but I don't want to be. No matter how much I try not to be, I still feel that adrenaline pumping....you're not alone. I also don't believe that if its spirits, that they are trying to scare us either, I just think they are wandering around.

Do some research on Elementals (pertaining to the forces or phenomena of physical nature)
an elemental is a centre of force, without intelligence, without moral character or tendencies, but capable of` being directed in its movements by human thoughts, which may, consciously or not, give it any form, and to a certain extent intelligence; in its simplest form it is visible as a disturbance in a transparent medium, such as would be produced by “a glass fish, so transparent as to be invisible, swimming through the air of the room,” and leaving behind him a shimmer, such as hot air makes when rising from a stove. Also, elementals, attracted and vitalized by certain thoughts, may effect a lodgment in the human system (of which they then share the government with the ego), and are very hard to get out.

I feel that sometimes at night when I'm walking on the streets and I suddenly have an instinct to look behind me to see if there's anyone there. Most of the time, there is, and I freak out. I start running and my heart pounds like crazy. Other times there isn't anyone there but I'm still scared.

I believe spirits exist. And I also believe they walk around without us knowing. I'm not scared as long as they don't do anything to me physically or mentally. I've once had it happen that a spirit attacked me mentally, seeing as I'm already very sensitive to spirits (I can explain but it will take too fecking long) I don't need much to know there is a spirit about. And he took advantage of that, I think, not showing himself to anyone, knowing I knew he was there he nearly drove me mad - luckily at that time the boyfriend, who was living with me in that place that was 'haunted' believed that there was more about me than met the eye and didn't take my warnings about a mean spirit about too lightly. Also his previous experiences with spirits and haunted houses helped to convince him. And the fact that there were things we both heard and saw.
Anyway, yes, there are spirits about. They're not in heaven or in hell or a completely different place; they're actually clusters of energy with a consciousness. And that's what I always feel. Most people feel it, but I feel it more strongly, as I said I'm more sensitive to it, and sometimes I'd even refuse to enter a place, knowing there's a consciousness about that I don't trust at all.
Some places I would intentionally enter knowing there's a dubious consciousness about, to figure out who or what it was before it became that consciousness without a body so to speak, and to get rid of it... or just to face my fears.
I know there's one about my place, and from what I've gathered after I sensed her, so far, is that it was the person who used to own the whole building and her preferred spot in that building is exactly the same spot as where my appartment is now.
It's the energy she gives off, I suppose, but something in there makes me feel real good. I wouldn't want to trade that appartment for the world, and basically the moment I saw the appartment I fell in love with it, even though it's too small, has no gas heating and so very expensive to keep warm or very cold in winter, and I don't have any windows overviewing anything, and the price is very expensive for the place. There are better appartments out there for the price of this one, but this one so far is the one I feel this good energy.

I don't like being by myself at night, but I have never had any experience with the paranormal. My mom has though. She has had picture frames fall off of tables that were sturdy and the picture was right in the middle of the table. She lives in a house that a retired police officer died in.
Also, my husband's cousin was two years old when they went to a park a few months after their grandfather had died from a tragic accident. She looked off into the middle of a field and said there's Poppy, there's poppy. She kept saying it over and over. And there was no one standing there that anyone else could see. It was really strange.

Yeah I get cold chills all the time because I feel like someone is watching me or touching me and when I look there's no one behind me at all. Ghosts and spirits exist. Maybe it's a Jinn bothering me. It doesn't scare me it just freaks me out.

I think that is a normal thing to have happen to you once in a while. If it gets to the place that it is all the time, and it's interfering with your life, then I think you may have some sort of problem, and could maybe benefit from counselling or something. But I really doubt if you're crazy! I think it's probably just normal.
Perhaps you are just extra self-conscious lately.
