I did this diet and got a personal trainer (weights).
At first I was frustrated but all of the sudden I looked in the mirror and I was like, whoa... I look good!!!!!
In 6 weeks I was a different person... :)
Youre not eating enough!! And you have to eat a small snack before bed. The Zone is cutting-edge; you are following out-dated rules... study that website... or get his books (Dr. Barry Sears)

Judging from what you say you're eating, I think you're attempting to lose weight too quickly and you are running the risk of not only quickly regaining whatever weight you lost, but gaining so you end up weighing more than you did before. The best way to keep weight off is to change your lifestyle so that you are eating healthier and exercising a lot (so you're more physically fit). Eat small amounts of healthy foods frequently (like every 3 hours) -- and eat a good, solid breakfast with some staying power. Don't skimp on protein, either.
I find that weight loss seems to come in jumps -- suddenly you notice from your clothes that you are losing weight. But I think if you are trying to lose more than 2 lbs a week, you're just going to regain it. Losing weight the right way takes patience and commitment. Try to imagine what you'll weight three months out, not what you will weigh tomorrow. If you lose a pound a week, you'll weight 13 lbs less in 3 months (which is 13 weeks, not 12). If you lose a pound and a half a week, you'll lose 20 pounds by then. And if you keep exercising and eating healthy food in reasonable portions, it will stay off.

just make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories a day. and eat foods from all the food groups, including healthy oils and good carbs. drink your water. exercise. and you will see results in the first week (but beware that the first 2 weeks - a lot of weight that is lost is water weight, and the number of pounds you lose every week there after will be much less, as it takes more time to lose fat than water weight! so don't get discouraged!)

It took me two months. I was building muscle which weighs more than fat, so the scale never went down until about after two months later.
