your child is your child whether you are of age or not, a mother doesn't need parental consent, why should the father??? you can absoultely sign, minor or not.

Considering that minors generally dont have many rights my first inclination is to say no, but paternity is odd as far as the law goes. Id still say that parental concent would be needed as well.

if he is the father then yes he can. you can also direct this question to your doctor he/she will know the laws in your state regarding paternity.
