The solution is not so easy than put him behind the bars or get a restriction order what you will get is make your more stubborn and she might escape with this guy, this is not what you want.

Speak with this guy, you must know what this guy have in mind and use it to stop him. "Make him understand" what he is doing is against the law and if he do not change you will call the police,

Some times is research this guy in internet, he might be a professional and have police records in other towns.

growing up my friend mom and dad nailed her window shut. and the front door had a inside lock and her mom would lock the door before going to bed. she always kept the key with her. so we chouldn't leave the house at night and my friend boyfriend couldn't get in. her parents also delt with her talking to an older guy. but she was about 12 or 13 and he was about 16 or 17. the idea of locking down the house is not that bad but i never thought about what if a fire broke out, and they stayed in a trailer. we would have had to break a window or something. you could nail the windows shes old enough to know how to break them if she needed to. my friend didn't stop talking to him until she got tired of him. her parents always called the police on him but they still saw each other, like at her friends house. she wasn't sexually active yet, so that was good.
locking down the house helped at night, but nothing will help during the day, when she out with friends.

as a teenager myself the best advice I can give you is to talk to your daughter if you try to ground her and keep her from him its only going to make her want to go see him. Tell her the reasons you do not want her to see him and i know the main reason is the age diffrence or mybe its some other factor but if she still doesnt listen u may have to go to a bigger extreme by calling the police. But be careful of that because that could make her rebel even more. so the best thing to do is to let her be open with you and u be open and honest w/ her I hope this helps

You need to call the cops. It will teach them both a lesson. No boy, should be in her room. He can be sentenced for a while being 19. And your daughter might need some tough love for a few nights in a juvie center or something.
Do you have an alarm? Use it if you do. Nail her window shut, put up bars.
Good luck though.

Have them both arrested. Press charges against him, but just see if the police will "hold" your daughter for awhile, even overnite. This may scare some sense into her. It did for me when my dad did something similar. Careful, it may backfire on you. Good luck. I have a 14 year old daughter too

Next time she does it, call the cops. She'll be put in juvie for a weekend...that should scare her enough to keep her from doing it again.
Also, when you call the cops, let them know that she is a minor and he's over 18 - then he'll get arrested for statuatory rape too.

Have a security system installed and don't let her have the code. Turn it on at night and it will alert you when she tries to leave the house or sneak her boyfriend in.

Warn her that if this happens again you will restrict some of her privileges and tell the young adult to grow up because his moves are not acceptable!!

First off that is illegal for her to be with him not to mention its kind of creepy/disturbing. You need to sit her down and try to talk some sense into her but if you ban her from seeing him shes just going to try harder to be with him. Young girls need to learn themselves on what kind of guys are the wrong ones. You should put bars on her window if you are that concerned.

Do u let her see him during the day? Do u let her go out with him. If you don't trust her to let her go out during day time, thats what she will do. She will sneak ou of her room to see him, because maybe you dont let her have a normal ralatiinship with him. Sometimes parents wont let their kids have a relationship that they have to have it behind their parents' back. Isn't it better that you two trust each other, coze sometimes parent are guilty of their kids actions.
