i like this guy but he has a girlfriend. then one day i found out they broke up. i don't know if i should ask him because it obviously looks like he still likes her and she's still bugging me about her and him being together for more than a month. i really don't know if i should ask him or not. please help me.

The situation still sounds a bit toxic but you certainly could put your two cents in. See if he is interested in going out for coffee. What harm could it do?

Don't act like a peasant. By your own admission, the guy is still hung up on that girl. Let them handle their unfinished business. At least give him some time to breathe before you pounce on him. That's why so many girls get their feelings hurt. They act too desperate and when boys ignore them or treat them disrespectfully, they start accusing boys of being no good.

Are you friends w/his Girlfriend/Ex-Girlfriend? I guess your statement is a little confusing. If he is obviously still doting over her, don't bother. It will only piss him off. He knows that you know he is still all about his ex-girl, he would be totally irritated if you started pushing yourself on him. Let him get over her. Then see what's up w/him.
Back to my 1st question, if you are friends w/her, don't ask him out. He'll look at you like you are bogus for doing that to your friend.

Let him sort out his feelings. Obviously if he might still have a vented interest in her you probably dont want to get involved. He might decide to go back with her.
