He knows I like him and yet refuses to talk to me. What do I do?
I know its bad but he is really hot with a good personality, so I can't just forget him

give him some time to think about the situation. whether he likes you or doesn't, he'll come up to you and tell you.

either he's shy or he isn't interested. Shyness can be overcome with time, but disinterest is more difficult. You've made it known that you like him, and short of approaching him to ask him out, I'd say wait, or forget him. If you ask him out and he says thanks but no thanks, at least you'll know where you stand.
