Just go to a oral surg or your dentist .It sounds like may be too dry ,as in siliva gland clogged .Or vitamin b problem. You can have thrush but its usually white lines on it.When I had a deep cracked tonge I traced it to dry mouth frm allergy meds. Its usually something u have done diff lately.Meds, food ect........drs have a hard time knowing your mouth very well,so thts why a dentist or oral surg is good!

It may not be an illness but rather a dry tongue. Maybe you are a mouth breather or are sleeping with your mouth open at night.
