To the guy above me: Wait... Jews are not Christians. They're Jews.

To answer the question, to each there own. But as has been mentioned several times os far, Catholics and Mormons are Christians, so your question is really either what do you thing about Muslims and Christians, or what do you think about the different types of Christians and Muslims.

I am a christian (protestant). So, I obviously, believe my way is the right way. However, I also believe the catholic teachings are very similar to my beliefs. I think there are many "false" religions that are leading people down the wrong path. By "false" I mean religions that encourage people to worship someone/something other than the one true God. There is only one God and many other religions pray to or worship false gods. I have done a lot of research on the mormon religion as I have coworkers that are mormon and I have sadly decided that they may not be worshipping the God I know. Many mormons would disagree, but their teachings contradict many things that are in the Bible and as a Christian, I believe the Bible is the only divine word of my God. It was written by men, but inspired by God. In summary, I believe that any religion that attempts to modify or change the Bible is failing to lead its followers on the correct path. I am not saying that followers of other religions are wrong or bad, but just that perhaps they are a bit misquided or misled. Also, I have a friend that is a muslim turned Christian and he has very interesting thoughts on this topic as he has seen both sides. However, obviously, he also decided that Christianity is the path for him to follow (& he did so at the risk of losing his family). Also, christians believe in Jesus and I believe that any religion that fails to recognize Jesus as the son of God is failing to leads its followers on the correct path. I have reached these conclusions by many years of church attendance, but also from reading the Bible. I also read a book that basically shows indisputable proof that the Bible is factually correct on every historical event. Even though many scientists have tired to find flaws or prove it wrong, none have ever been successful. Thus, if the Bible is accurate, then Christianity is the religion for me and the God that I want to follow to eternity.

I think that each person must find his or her own way. However, by point of clarification, Catholics and Mormons are Christians. Christians are divided up into various groups. Most Christians are Catholic, and most of the remainder are Protestant (Protestants being those denominations that came out of the Protestant Reformation). Mormons are Christians but aren't really Protestant because they arose in the 19th century.

Most people adopt their faith because it's what their parents believed and it's what they were taught as a child. There are many people who as they get older decide that their family faith doesn't fit with their evolving view of the world and change to another faith. All the major world religions teach the same basic core concepts that are listed in the "Ten Commandments" of the Old Testament.

So, the real question is "How does God feel about the way we worship Him?" If God would answer that in person and not through a cleric, it would solve most of our national and international problems. I know some of you are already thinking that God has answered that question and you'll say: "Jesus has answered that." or "Moses has answered that." or "Mohamed has answered that." or "Buddha has answered that." or "The Pope has answered that.", and there lies the problem. Religion is structured and controlled by human beings. That is why I believe in God but not in religion.

The real evil in the World is when politics dictates religion. The control of religion has been a method of controlling mass populations and attaining political power since the beginnings of human history. The Pharaohs of Egypt and the Emperors of Rome were even worshiped as living gods. The old adage goes: "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." Without fail, every civilization that has been led in the name of their religion has been bent on conquest and "holy war". That is why the founding fathers of the United States established a separation of Church and State. Here in the USA, you should be able to worship any way you please as long as it does not impose on another persons constitutional rights.

This concept doesn't sit well with religious leaders who rule countries around the world. It is a direct threat to their power, and that is the root of the hatred towards the USA and our European allies. They have to position themselves as being the bearer of Gods word to justify the oppression of their peoples.

I believe that one day, religious freedom will be the standard around the globe and it won't matter which faith you follow. That is until God, himself, in person, lets us know who's right!

Only one out of the four is Biblically based and it is not Mormon, Catholic or Muslim. If you want to obey God, Christian is the only true one of the Bible.

There are significant variations between many of their ideals and mainstream Christianity. they have the concept that the Mormon faith is the only real faith and all others are blasphemy. Joseph Smith is their prophet he "restored" the real Church of Christ in the international. He gained a revelation from an angel named Moroni, he grew to become right into a community American. He advised Smith the place to locate golden plates and seer stones so he can translate it. no person has ever seen the golden plates. What Joseph Smith translated grew to alter into the e book of Mormon, that's understood to be yet another testomony of the Bible. They believed community individuals are descendants of Israelites. That Jesus after his resurrection he visited the community individuals and preached his word. Mormons have faith Jesus is going to return to Missouri as properly as Jerusalem. in addition they believed that there are distinctive tiers of heaven, the optimum point being celestial kingdom. that's the place good Mormons pass and that they think they might attained Godhood. this would not propose they provide up believed of their author yet they think of they might obtain an identical presents that God has. The church used to prepare polygamy yet repealed that during 1890. in addition they baptized the lifeless ( ask your buddy approximately this) and have "word of expertise" meaning they do no longer smoke, drink, or have espresso. They get married interior the temple the place they're "sealed" for eternity, they believed that sealing them will unite their kinfolk interior the celestial kingdom. Their Sunday service lasts for extra or less 3 hours and that they believed the Mormon President, -Thomas S. Monson - the fashionable-day prophet. The Church grew to become into commonplace in 1830 and has 12 million around the realm. i'm no longer a Mormon yet from what I study that's my expertise of their ideals.
