my son is three and don't think it has grown since birth and the skin has grown to the head only half of the head is exposed.
he was circumcised.

You should probably talk to a urologist. It sounds like two different issues. The penis size issue is probably nothing...boys go through growth spurts, his probably just hasn't happened yet. The other part sounds like a loose circumcision; he may need to get it tidied up a bit...but will need to talk to a doctor to find out (the head should be fully exposed).

sara r is the guru. should be all out there. speak to your doc. otherwise just make sure the skin that is left does not stick to the head.
