Why does every biology book in the world mis-classify us thus:

Kingdom: Animalia
Phylum: Chordata
Class: Mammalia
Order: Primates
Family: Hominidae
Genus: Homo
Species: H. sapiens
Subspecies: H. s. sapiens

I don't know how rusty your Latin is but I see animals, vertebrates, mammals, primates, great apes. Is this some evil atheist-biologist devil-worshiper conspiracy?

LX V: Of course, we're all related, pumpkins included! That is what the ultimate common ancestor means! We are here because it survived and replicated!

Because genetically (biologically) we are very similar to apes (that primate thing).

Of course genetically we're pretty similar to pumpkins too.

But maybe I've just bought into the atheist-biologist-devil worshiper-neocon-conspiracy.

EDIT:
I guess as a Creationist I have something similar to the common ancestor thing. God developed a template that worked really, really well (is anyone else impressed as hell with jumping genes and viruses?) and used it throughout all lifeforms. (But I also think it's possible that God guided evolution)

Yes. Interestingly, this is foretold in the Bible: "In the time after 1000 sunsets, a great Book will proclaim the evil atheist-biologist Subspecies Homo sapiens sapiens as man! Believe not, lest thee be part of the devil-worshiper conspiracy, so help you God."

Look I'm not trying to offend any one humans did not come from god. They are a decendent of Primate family. The first Apes origanated in Asia. They later migrated to Africa and Europe.

When you believe humans are from God, then you need study to know the uses of each part of the body and how they are made of. The biological books are still necessary for learning.

I see the same thing. Yet I still believe in Creation. *gasp*

I believe that Allah created everything (Creation).
Over thousands of years, He has induced changes in those creations to become as they are today (Evolution).

"Why does every biology book in the world mis-classify us thus:"

Not every biology book in the world does. There are several biology books that use creationism.

It is not inconceivable for God to create apes in our likeness. After all, He is God.
