Gee and here I thought I read the Russians were developing 'the scalar weapons' and had attacked our climate before using it. The other who knows.

Haaarp can punch holes in the atmosphere and suck a bunch of storms together to make a super storm.
and it operates on all frequencies
only the imagination of scientist can come up with projecvtions of what Haaarp can all do
as well as controlling the millions of marks of the beast.already installed.

Haarp is just an ionospheric sounding program to try and understand the aurora's better. The cell phones in the US put out more power than the entire haarp program. They're transmitters are less than the average TV station. and as far as scalar weapons go, there has been no new electromagnetic radiation discovered in space as they claim. Probalby about 95 % of the HAARP power goes out into space.
