Taco Pie
INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound ground beef

Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the taco seasoning and stir together well. When dough is done, remove from oven and place meat mixture on top, then layer with sour cream and cheese, and then top off with the crushed nacho chips.

We add refried beans before the meat and after it is done we cut up a tomato, lettuce and black olives on top.

Here's 2:
Recipe #1: Halloween Hash
1 lb ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 can whole kernel corn
Brown the ground beef and drain. Drain the corn and add it to the beef. Do NOT drain the kidney beans. Just open the can and pour all contents into the pan with the corn and beef. Stir and heat until hot. Serve. (I like to have buttered bread on the side.)
Recipe #2 (can't remember the name)
1 lb ground beef (or beef sausage)
2 c rice
1 can mushroom soup (I like Campbell's)
Brown your ground beef and cook the rice in a separate pan according to directions. When the rice is done, drain your ground beef (rinse it if you want) and put the beef in the rice. Then, open the can of mushroom soup and pour all contents into the rice/beef mixture. Do not add milk. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Heat thoroughly and serve. :)
Enjoy! :)

There is this great cuban dish that is easy and delicious... Sautee onions, peppers(green, red and or yellow) and any other vegetables that you like in some olive oil. Add the ground beef and cook until brown. Add some cinnimon and garlic(I like the kind in the jar that is already crushed for you.) and serve it over rice. It only takes about 20 minutes and tastes wonderful.

Meatloaf:
2 pounds hamburger
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 packet Lipton onion soup
1 cup rye bread crumbs or seasoned bread crumbs by Progresso
2 eggs
soften crumbs in about half cup of broth, wine, milk
1 tablespoon basil if you do not use seasoned crumbs
Mix - bake in slow oven at 300 degrees uncovered for half an hour and covered for about another half an hour. You can top it with prepared spaghetti sauce, tomatoe sauce, bacon or more cheese.
This makes fantastic meatloaf sandwiches.
You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.

This is pretty simple. All you need is ... 1 or 2 lbs. of hamburger (preferably grond sirloin) a can of chili with beans, a small container of sour cream, frito's chili cheese chips (small bag) & shredded mexican cheese. Brown & drain the hamburger, mix in the whole can of chili, stir, then mix in sour cream, crunch up a couple handfuls of frito's into the mixture, stir, then pour into a greased baking dish. Add frito's all across the top of mixture, then do the same with the shredded mexican chhese. Put in oven & bake at 350 for 35 minutes. There you go!
