I started leaking a little milk around my 20th week. I was leaning over my leg, and when I sat up, my shirt was soaked!
I think most women experience at least some leakage by their 3rd trimester.

Some women leak as early as the second trimester of pregnancy and continue to produce milk for months and years after weaning. If you are concerned, talk to your doctor. If you are just pregnant, talk with your doctor soon as there are other problems with the breast that can cause leaking.

Generally your milk doesn't in until AFTER the baby is born, usually 1-2 weeks after delivery.
