I am working on something for work and need to find a list of all the regions in Switzerland that speaks French, English and/or both. Does anybody know or can lead me to a website? Thanks.

I don't know the English names of the regions, but I'll gladly provide the German and French names:
Genf / Genève
Wallis / Valais (Only the occidental part, the oriental part is germanophone)
Waadt / Vaud
Jura / Jura
Bern / Berne (only a little part is francophone)
Neuenburg / Neuchâtel
Freiburg / Fribourg (here again the canton is bilingual)

I think that's all.
English is not an official language in Switzerland, but many Swiss will speak it.
On total about 20% of Swiss are native francophones.

French is one of the four official languages of Switzerland (along with German, Italian, and Romansh), and is spoken in the part of Switzerland called Romandie. French is the native language of about 20% of all Swiss.
