Don't we already have a revolving door there?
Maybe a counter and a hidden camera like we have at some stop lights in Phoenix would help keep track of all the criminals that enter into the USA via illegal means. Good idea

Do you want to pay to educate their children and care for their sick?
Because if you fund the bill and build the necessary structures and create the trained teachers, then I have no problem with that.
