Technically, yes you can actually test positive because of that. Look up the NYC detective that worked in Aviation that tested positive for coke because of that issue.

it's not a disease silly. It's not like something you 'catch' The only thing you have to be concerned about is a 'contact high'. If you are in the room with him when he smokes you are inhaling it even though you don't realize it and may or may not fail a drug test because of it.

but my answer would be no i really dont think so at all because when you smoke it , it just goes to your lungs its not like an STD or something.

no. marijuana has to be intoduced to the blood stream in order for their to be traces found in you system
