I'm using JWPce v1.34 word processor...I'm not able to copy text from the program and paste it to Yahoo! Answers properly...I usually get a bunch of scrambled Kanji.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

First check that your computer can handle Japanese text. Go to control panel, regional options, add other languages, and make sure East Asian fonts is checked. If it's not, that could be the problem.
I use the same JWPce and have no problems. However, if you have your computer's CD handy or just have a good computer, you should be able to install and type Japanese without having to use JWPce. On certain areas of Yahoo (such as 360) I have to use IME to type in Japanese because otherwise it just doesn't work.
To get IME you just need to go to details when at the "add other languages" part and add a Japanese keyboard.
